Teach young girls more about periods and puberty
To teach younger girls more about periods and puberty so they don’t feel alone or that certain things are uncommon
I felt uneducated about periods and puberty when I went through it and felt like I was educated or didn’t know enough about it and I believe that younger girls should learn more about it so they don’t feel alone! Over 44% of girls and women feel they are uneducated about periods and 55% feel embarrassed about it, I believe girls shouldn’t feel embarrassed or uneducated about periods and they should feel comfortable about them and feel like they know enough about them

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The curriculum already requires education at primary school about periods and puberty as far as possible before it begins. You can read more here

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
