Make disabled parking bays accessible to parents with babies
To make blue badge holders' bays useable by parents with babies. The blue badge bays have been put in place for accessibilty and convenience for the disabled, but I still see bays for parents with babies not necessarily in convenient places, sometimes not sheltered, and can also be very few.
Because it effects the nation
