Make fireworks only avaliable for organised events.
Ban fireworks sales, only allow organised events. People suffer more now with mental health, anxiety, ptsd, nervous dispositions. The blind and hard of hearing may have dogs for support but may feel the results with their house shaking.
Fireworks are so loud these days.
