NHS staff must be entitled for free travel pass on London underground and buses
I am aware that other government employees such as police officers who protect the public are enjoying the benefit of the free travel pass. As a NHS employees, it would be beneficial and a big help if we can be considered to be part of the said privilege.
I believe that as a government employees/worker we are also entitled to such benefit. And as a democratic country, we are expected to receive the equality of employment in every way.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Decisions about concessions for public transport in London are the responsibility of Transport for London, the Mayor of London and the London Assembly.
The London Assembly has its own petitions process. You can find out more about how to petition the London Assembly here: www.london.gov.uk/about-us/london-assembly/petitions
