Recall an MP and hold a by election if they break the official secrets act.
Mandate that any MP breaking the official secrets act be barred from office and a recall by election be held to replace them.
Recent governments have been beset by ministers actions which break the official secrets act, most recently the Home Secretary sending government documents to a personal email account. Government must be able to protect information to go Vern the country and ministers of all levels must lead by example.
