Change disabled parking bay laws for outside a property
I would like the government or Parliament to change the law, so that the household that applied for the disabled parking bay should be the ones who can use it, the parking bay should have the number of the property that it belongs to marked in it.
I want the government or parliament to take action because I’ve been made aware of a friend of my partners daughter, she has a disabled parking bay outside her property that she applied for because she has daughters that need it to be there, but someone else uses it, which complicates things for her. I always thought that these bays belonged to that house that they was outside of, and I’ve always respected that being able bodied, but I think everyone should respect that the bay is for that house

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This is a matter for local councils, who are responsible for parking and roads.
