Being back zero % mortgages and allow first time buyers back on the ladder
Renters are paying in excess of £1k per month in rent, they face non fault evictions. Because rent is so high and no council houses are available, they have no savings to gather the deposit! We need to bring back zero deposit mortgages and allow people to own their own homes, end extortionate rent!
Allow fist time buyers to buy a home with zero deposit and have a 100% mortgage deal! Stop this extortionate rental to landlords. With zero council homes available, the private renter cannot afford a deposit for homes which have increased tenfold! Allow the ordinary working class to own their own home! Bring back 100% mortgage deals
