Re-look at customs charges for items bought from outside uk gift or no gift.
I am sick & tired of been ripped off on custom charges
Customs charges are out of date especially as we now have likes of ebay etc.
Custom Charges need to be scraped on postage which you can't ask the sender to post for free. Also gift charges need changing/scrapped right now no charge under £39
It's unfair we are charged customs on postage costs. Our relatives can only spend £39 as a gift or we get charged on our own presents if over! In the usa it's set at nearly £600 before charges as a gift, so can spend a good amount on my aunty in usa, why are we being ripped off in the uk?
I was told once customs apply because in usa items are cheaper, this is no longer the case. eg Shop Disney sell same items as ours prices converted are equal to ours! Things Needs to change ASAP!
