M3 J7-J11-J7 Ban lorries overtaking at peak times

Additional Information

Extend the ban that exists on the A34 to the M3 Junctions 7-11 Southbound and 11-7 Northbound where only two lanes exist so that Lorries do not cause congestion and danger to other road users for a 4-5mph gain.
