Ban Fireworks altogether (except organised displays)
Ban Fireworks from being sold to the public, Fireworks should only be for organised displays
The reason being is that:
1. Its really bad for the environment
2. It terrifies pets (Dogs, Cats, etc)
3. They are very dangerous
4. It scares young childern
So please can you restrict fireworks to organised displays only.
