Make mental health resilience and mental illness teaching mandatory in schools.
Work with experts ie- professional psychiatrists and teachers to implement an affective curriculum for pupils so they develop into resilient, secure, and healthy individuals who can reach their full potential without being systemically disadvantaged by their poor mental health and lack of support.
Mental illness is happening to you; it’s not your fault.
