Prohibit the cutting down of primary forest.
Do more to pressure world leaders to prohibit the cutting down of primary forest globally.
The UK Government has sufficient global influence to achieve this.

We understand that you are concerned about the cutting down of certain forests, but it's not clear if you want the Government to introduce new prohibitions on the clearing of forest in the UK, or work internationally to seek to reduce the clearing of forests internationally.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. It would need to be clear from both the title and main text of your petition if you want the Government to take action domestically, internationally, or both.
