Assist in changing the current framework for CAHMS
Enable changes to be made to the framework ensuring very clear guidance for children in crisis and the current referral process
We currently have an unknown number of children awaiting diagnosis or just to be seen by CAHMS and improve the current framework surrounding the process when a child is in crisis, we need to have clearer frameworks and processes to ensure our children’s mental wellbeing is correctly cared for
