Stop the clock changes and keep Britain on British summer time all year round. The change in clocks disrupts everyone’s sleep, causes more accidents and crime to occur in evenings and affects the countries general mood and well being. The reason for the clock change is dated and no longer required.

It is pointless and impractical to change the clocks every spring and autumn. We want the Government to keep the UK on British Summer Time (BST) - also known as Daylight Saving Time - all year.
