Domestic Abusers should be held accountable for emotional abuse.
Everyone’s cases should be assessed individually. There should be laws to hold domestic abusers accountable for all sides of abuse and they shouldn’t be able to find loop holes within the law.
Emotional abuse has a much longer lasting effect however there are no punishments in place. This means victims can struggle with mental health issues all their life whilst knowing the abuser is living it’s life consequence free.
