Require councils to suspend rises in council tax during the financial crisis.
Millions are worried about the future of their wages and financial security of their families.
The Government should require councils to suspend any rises in council tax to help people who are struggling, by giving them the security that they need and not forcing them to pay more charges
Any raise is likely to force some families into further debt and financial difficulties when some are struggling to feed their children.
