Petition Action

Abolish mandatory CMS payments to parents unlawfully restricting access.

Petition Details

We are asking for a bill to be passed to abolishing mandatory CMS payments to any parent who unlawfully restricts child parent access to opposing parent.

Additional Information

We want to abolish mandatory cms payments to any parent who is unlawfully restricting child parent contact. We believe this will dramatically impact the amount of family court hearings in the U.K and in turn dramatically reduce Goverment spending in this area.
