Register cyclists. No identification allows irresponsible, dangerous road use.
Cyclists should have to be registered. Should be required to display a registration clearly on the front and back of their bikes to enable identification when required and, or, in case of an accident or road traffic offences.
Cyclists behave recklessly and dangerously with their anonymity. I have witnessed so many cyclists who take no responsibility for the consequences of their action, or responsibility for themselves, causing untold dangers to road users around them and constantly breaking highway code.
