Extra police powers when dealing with VIOLENT protestors

Additional Information

We want extra power for police to defend themselves and citizens when under attack by VIOLENT rioters simply intent on causing damage to local communities. This was inspired after hearing the story of the family with young children whose house was torched just giving them time to get out when they returned everything they owned was destroyed.
