Petition Action

Stop Islamic Law being recognised by Britain’s courts.

Additional Information

We object to Islamic wills being recognised by Britain’s courts.
Islamic principles must not be applied in the British legal system.
Islamic principles must not be formally addressed by or included in Britain’s laws.
All of the above are illegal because the only law permitted in this Kingdom is the Queens Law, Islamic Law is alien to that and is constitutionally illegal.
Islamic law must not be enshrined in the British legal system.
