Petition Details

We believe there should be no such things as clubs or associations that restrict membership on the basis of sex. I find it appalling and extremely sexist that these sorts of associations exists in modern society.

Additional Information

Currently the Equality Act allows associations or clubs to restrict membership to persons who share a protected characteristic, including being men or women.


I want this legislation amended so that associations and clubs cannot restrict their membership on the basis of sex.
