Ban all MP's expenses and House of Lords attendance allowance
Stop putting personal gain first for a start.
They are an embarrassment to the British public and have no understanding of the working class

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) is responsible for deciding on MPs' expenses and pay. IPSA is independent of both Parliament and Government.
The attendance allowance paid to members of the House of Lords is a matter for the House of Lords, and not the Government or House of Commons. You can find out more about allowances for Members of the House of Lords here: www.parliament.uk/about/mps-and-lords/about-lords/lords-allowances/
