Pass a bill revoking the Act of Union 1707
Revoke the Act of Union;
We hold this truth to be self evident that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of democracy , it is the Right and the duty of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, their rightful place.
Today those Scots who put their hand to this petition demand that Parliament pass legislation in line with the will of the sovereign people of Scotland resiling the Act of Union as it is no longer a partnership of equals having become an abusive relationship.
