Make it the law that if you run over a cat in an RTC you must legally report it.
Today, I lost my boy Bob due to a hit and run. Bob was a very large cat, bigger than a small dog. Whoever ran over my cat, knows they did it. But left him to die alone.
I want the same laws introduced for cats that are in place if a dog is hit by a car. Cats are just as loved and family too.
We want the law changed. We want the same rules regarding RTCs for dogs to apply for cats. Cats deserve equal rights, families of the cats deserve it too.
