Let brain haemorrhage survivors get scanned on a regular basis

Additional Information

People that have haemorrhage's abroad whilst on holiday don't get chance to have scans once back in the UK also most hospitals discharge you after the second scan if everything seems "normal" but there are risks of a second or third haemorrhage
