Fine people using family bays in a carpark when used by people without children
There are assigned bays for individuals with children in most carparks, but often they are used by people who don't have children. It's really difficult trying to squeeze a child out of the back seat when parked in a normal bay. Also, having to make a toddler walk the extra distance is not easy.
Asign a form of badge issued in latter pregnancy weeks to put on the dashboard to prove you can park in the bay like you do for disability bays and fine anyone who is parked there without displaying this
