Reform the Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula (England) Regulations 2007.
Reform the regulation to prevent companies from advertising and marketing in ways that don't conform to the legislation.
Create greater penalties for breaching the regulation as well as creating a governing body to ensure compliance with the regulation.
