Amend Government Policy discrimination on Child Benifit for working partners.
If you or your partner each earn less than £50000 year you will get the full amount of Child Benefit. Total just under £100000
Different family.
If one of the partners earns more than £50000 and the other partner earns nil or on living wage they have to pay a percentage back and all at £60000.
We all have the same costs with the birth of a child, and with a reduction in second wage reducing to nothing with the high cost of child care in the first three years, it's a struggle to go back to work this Policy discriminates the entitlement to Child Benefit for the lowest wage earning family.
Government would benefit in helping people back to work in many ways including tax form income.
