Introduce disability pride month to schools, colleges and universities.
Not many people are aware that disability pride month is July. Celebrating the strength and power of disabled people will reduce the stigma and discrimination. As well as, showing how it can affect people will hope to show how to show support and compassion.
Parliament has a duty of care as people in power needs to stop talking and actually start doing. Starting with celebrating disability and showing the difficulties the typical world give to the typical world.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Government and Parliament aren't responsible for designating specific awareness days or months.
We could accept a petition calling for the Government to fund an awareness campaign, such as a Disability Pride Month if the petition was clear about what activities or actions it wanted to be funded.
If you do start a new petition, you'll need to include your full name.
