Give Nigel Owens a Knighthood for service to the sport of Rugby
I would like the govenment to put forth Nigel Owens for a Knighthood for services to rugby
Nigel Owens started refereeing in 1987 at the age of 16. Nigel has refereed 360 games 100 of them at international level the first referee to reach that milestone. He is well respected as a referee around the world.
