Change the way the NHS sends out correspondence. Changing from letter to email
I would like them to pass a motion to reform the way the NHS sends out correspondence or communicates with patients. Using methods such as email and telephone instead of letter.
I think it would be important to make these changes as in light of these continued strike action and there being no end in sight. Many patients maybe missing vital appointments for diagnostic tests amd cancer screening as well as treatment Appointments. With a waiting list of 7 million every single appointment booked is important and every patient has the right to get notified of that appointment effectively and not have the added stress and worry of waiting for that letter. Everyone has email.
