Stop banning dogs and introduce a dangerous dog owners ACT
Introduce licensing for dogs owners to prevent irresponsible dog owners creating dangerous dogs
Because banning a breed simply is not working ,its NEVER the fault of the breed in 99.9% of cases its the owners fault due to not understanding there dogs needs
