Mobile phones for prisoners in HMP

It would be easy to Implement give each cell a number
And give the inmates the phones while in there cells
During different times of the day so there can keep in touch with there children grandparents and other members of there family's and friends .
It will help the Economy
Mobile phone that can only
Receive calls no txts for all in mates @HMP .
One per cell families and friends can call and put money on the phones for in mates .
It's not always possible to get to talk to them because people could be in Hospital or living in a care home or parents of children can have a story before bedtimes
so this would be away to rise the important of family care and help mental health with the inmates .
