Appoint a committee to overhaul the broken housing planning system
Council planning departments need more planning officers, to work at the Councils offices to determine planning applications on time.
Start a review by electing a panel of politicians to review the status of the planning system and implement a strategy attracting qualified planners into the Council employment.
