I have had to witness with my family my Grandfather die a painful death due to this law not being in place . You would not allow an animal to go through the same ! He basically drowned on Morphine for a full day and was starved for a few days prior with all medication stopped due to end of life care taking place ! How is this fair for the family watching a loved one go through this pain?
