Make training for Autism mandatory for every staff member in places of education
Understand and highlight that not everyone with a diagnosis with autism are in special need education centres and there is not enough support or awareness in schools for this disability.
More than 1 in 100 people are autistic and still so many people in places of education don’t know what it is. Therefor the students are treated with a lack of respect or feel misunderstood due to this.
For example seeing students crying in the corridors are the noise is too sensitive and teachers making the situation worse by shouting because they think they are being bold!
