Stop suppliers making it hard on purpose to downgrade/cancel digital services
Create regulation or law that requires mobile phone or internet provider or digital TV provider companies to make it as easy for their customers to downgrade or end their packages as it is is for them online to enhance/continue them.
Over 10 years I have noticed that mobile / broadband digital / TV channel providers have made it increasingly easy for existing customers to upgrade via digital means the packages they have, but to down grade or end their packages it mostly seems customers need to contact a phone no, for which the wait times are lengthy. Companies in this sector make it digitally easy to continue/upgade services, I simply want to make it as easy digitally to downgrade or cancel sevices
