Enforce CMS payments for a voluntarily unemployed non-custodial parent.
Give a court the power to use imputed income for a non-custodial parent if they are purposely lowering their income or remaining unemployed for the sole purpose of lowering or avoiding making child support payments to the custodial parent.
Thousands of non-custodial parents in the UK are voluntarily remaining unemployed to avoid making child support payments.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Child Maintenance can already be calculated on amounts other than employment income:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
