Raise income tax by 1 pence, to pay health service workers

I think most of the British public would be pleased to pay an extra penny in the pound on income tax, if they knew it was being used to reward the Health Service Workers ( that's why it must be ring fenced, ). These people have done so much for us over the last few years and we need to reward them.
