Force online retailers to show which delivery service provider they use
Online retailers should show which companies they are using to deliver their products as the customer has no choice one the purchase has been made. Retailers will often go with the cheapest option but when the package is not delivered the retailer claim it’s the deliver company problem not theirs.
We live in an area served by EVRI and Yodel but they consistently fail to deliver at all or are more that 7 days late. We as customers have no say in which companies or purchases are delivered by so we should at least know if it’s a service we would not choose.
