please help Re-open community cottage hospitals

Petition Details

Please help to Re-open our community cottage hospitals for those who are waiting on care packages and free up beds in our main hospital's. This will help the NHS staff taking pressure off them and could be run by health workers (NVQ staff)

I want the government to consider this action as it makes perfect sense.
