Stop training new HGV drivers until there are enough jobs to employ current ones
We have gone from one extreme to the other. Last year there weren't enough drivers to fill all the vacancies, and now due to a push to train up new drivers and a decline in the economy, there are now too many and not enough jobs.
You need to do this because its a complete waste of money to train up more drivers, and the recently trained drivers have completely wasted their time. We took the training because we thought it would be easy to find work, but its now impossible.
