So many people are unfair dismissed from work, lot of them not even knowing the reason (essentially agency staff). I think the government should reduce the period (2 years of continuous work) to 3 months so people can make a claim about it and having supp

Additional Information

Because in many many situations the dismissal reasons are poor, but the companies know their rights much better than a lot of people (especially emigrants). I don’t think is fair to be dismissed just because of racism, because the managers are expecting you to be a puppy, because any colleague doesn’t like you and he is complaining about you and the management never investigate, they just dismiss people without understanding the situation and so on.
