Lower the drinking age to 17
We want the drinking age within pubs, excluding spirits to be lowered from 18 to 17 as we believe that if we are legally seen to be responsible enough to drive on the road at 17
with the risk of being held to account of killing or crashing into another human being ,then we should be able to be responsible enough to make decisions with if we can or cannot drink Alchol.

We understand that you want the Government to change the law on 17 year olds buying alcohol, but it's not clear if you only want 17 year olds to be able to buy alcohol (excluding spirits) in a pub, or if you want 17 year olds to be able to buy alcohol in any hospitality venue or shop.
You could start a new petition explaining more clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
