The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
As part of the new Relationships Education curriculum, which has replaced PSHE, schools are already required to teach secondary school students about sexual consent, sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, coercion, harassment, rape, domestic abuse, forced marriage, honour-based violence and FGM.
