Repeal the Scotland Act 1998
To transfer the Scottish legislature back into the UK legislature.
Today is a landmark day. The Scottish Parliament has demonstrated that its Gender Recognition Reform Bill has been waived through in ignorance of its obligation to check and balance it was in harmony with UK law and rightfully just for the people that they serve. It has been passed consciously divergent with UK law. This Parliament fails to serve the very people to which their powers were devolved for and is not fit for its purpose. It is now proven that there can only be one parliament.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about the removal of the devolved institutions of Scotland are a matter for the people of Scotland, not the Government or Parliament.
