Reduce student university fees.
I would like Parliament to discuss the amount of debt students are left with after University. Due to having the debt of a student loan, a large amount of money is taken out of your salary. For the amount that your salary is reduced by, it doesn’t correspond to the amount of University time we have.
As a University student, I am in University 5 months out of the 12. This is the case for everyone around me who goes to University. Additionally, the amount of time that is spent in University each week is a small amount, having the online lectures now as well, some people are hardly ever in. This works fine if they believe that’s the amount of time needed for each course but it shouldn’t be at the price we are having to pay, considering the amount of time we are there.
