The Ultra Low Emission Zone should NOT be extended to the whole of London
Debate and investigate why Mr Khan is going ahead with the ULEZ despite his consultation process showing that more than 5,200 votes from motoring groups, equivalent to 1 in 10 responses, was discounted by officials, reducing opposition and allowed Mr Khan to claim there was no overwhelming dissent
Mr Khan said when the consultation was launched that the expansion of the ULEZ would not go ahead if there was overwhelming opposition. There now needs to be a public enquiry into Mr Khan's handling of the consultation, which he has insisted was not predetermined.
