Ensure the PM during PMQs actually answers the direct question put to him.
PMQs should have the same standard of questions and answers that we have come to see during the Select Committees.
The Speaker should have the same power as the Select Committees.
Prime Minister's Questions has become a national joke. Week after week, the questions directed at the Prime Minister are avoided with responses that do not directly answer the question posed to the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister has been deflecting questions and then posing questions to the Leader of the Opposition, and other MPs.
The Speaker should have the same power as the Select Committees to force the PM to answer the actual question put to him.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament as a whole aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Order in the Commons is the responsibility of the Speaker personally, and the Prime Minister is responsible for answers to questions.
