#StopSection35 - Let Scotland pass the Gender Reform bill
The Gender Reform bill was passed democratically with a big majority and multi-party support
3 public consultations show support from the vast majority of women's and LGBT groups
The bill doesn't affect the Equality Act 2010
The reasons the given for invoking Section 35 are insufficient
This bill is now one of the most consulted upon pieces of legislation in history. None of the consultations, inquiries or debates brought any evidence that the bill would impact other equalities legislation
18+ other countries around the world show similar legislation benefits their trans citizens and doesn't affect anyone else
Scottish trans people should be able to get married and die in dignity
